With 20 years of residential and commercial mortgage lending experience, Berk joined The Q Kapital Group in 2015. Originally from Izmir, Turkey, His career began after his time at the University of California San Diego and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, when he joined City First Mortgage Corp in 2002. Berk became one of their top Loan Officers, specializing in purchase refinance, debt consolidation, and commercial mortgages. In a short time, he became the Vice President of the company.

Berk Ocal, born in Karsiyaka, Izmir – Turkiye (Turkey), graduated from Private Cavusoglu High School. Berk Ocal has been serving the Southeast Florida business community and residents for more than 21 years, In addition to his extensive experience in finance, mortgages in Residential and Commercial real estate.
